It's possible, but like the others have said, it involves more work. You need to set up a master boot record (MBR) to boot the disk, and set up the Windows boot loader to boot from that disk, using BCDEdit. It's by no means difficult, but you need to know what you're doing. If you want to try it, follow these steps: Set up the partition scheme you want. ( Edit: Don't forget to mark the boot partition as active !) Run BootSect.exe on the new hard disk. I think the program can be found in C:\Boot\BootSect.exe . Let's say your new drive (as an external drive at the moment) shows up as E: on your computer; type this into the command prompt: 3.   C:\Boot\BootSect.exe /nt60 /mbr E: Be especially careful to not accidentally do this to other drives! Cheesecake ITALIANO Ricetta Ingredienti: Base: 250gr Biscotti ORO SAIWA 150gr Burro  20gr Zucchero Ripieno 1200gr Ricotta 400gr zucchero 5 uova intere 100gr farina 1 busta di vanillina Ricopertura 200gr fragole 100gr zucchero oppure marmellata di fragole tortiera da 28 cm Preparazione Base frullare i biscotti, unire il burro fuso e lo zucchero e stendere il preparato schiacciando sulla tortiera poi cuocere per 10 minuti in forno a 180 gradi Mescolare con il frullatore la ricotta lo zucchero le uova la farina e la vanillina fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido Versare l'impasto nella tortiera. Cuocere il tutto per 12 minuti in forno a 200 gradi poi diminuire la temperature del forno a 120 per 45 minuti. A cottura ultimata lasciare raffreddare per 1 ora. Preparare la ricopertura frullando le fragole e lo zucchero e guarnire il cheesecake. Alternativamente è possibile guarnire il cheesecake con della marmellata alla fragola. Note Bagnare la carta f...
